What size should I order? Our sizes range from S- 3XL. We offer UNISEX tees and TIGHT FIT tees. All customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing our Sizing Guide prior to purchasing.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?  Normal processing time is 7-10 business days. If you need items by a certain day, please email us to ensure we can get your order out by then. Email us at info@whogonsayit.com. Shipping begins after processing.

Do you offer package tracking? Yes. We will provide you with the tracking details once your package is shipped.

 How long will it take for my order to arrive? We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and items are sent First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days (First Class) or 3-5 business days (Priority) for your items to reach you once shipped. *Note* Shipping times are longer and delays are due to the pandemic. Please refer to our Shipping & Exchange Policy for further details.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? Our items are made to order for you. We do not keep inventory and at this time, are not offering refunds due to COVID-19. The safety, health and wellbeing of our customers is of our utmost concern. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, the wrong item is shipped or if there is a flaw in the workmanship, we will cover the return shipping cost. All returned items must be unworn and intact.

Contact us directly for exchange request at info@whogonsayit.com. In the subject line type 'Exchange Request' and within the email please include your order number, full name and the best contact number to reach you.

Are there any specific care instructions? Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

  • Wash inside out with warm or cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. DO NOT IRON the printed area directly.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Do you offer a variety t-shirt colors? The t-shirt colors listed on the website are currently the colors we offer. Limited edition t-shirts and promo colors are offered but not guaranteed. Sign up for our email list to be notified when new colors become available.

What brand shirts do you print on?  Our goal is to always provide high quality 100% cotton shirts, cotton/poly-blend or soft-style.

Do you offer coupons or discounts? Of course we do! Sign up for our mailing list to receive a 15% off discount code. You will then be notified of all new sales and promotions that we will offer. Discounts cannot be applied to a previous purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase and must be applied at time of purchase. This means that once your order has been processed no discount codes can be applied. 

Can I cancel or/modify my order? We will try our best to be accommodating, but we cannot guarantee your order can be changed after it’s been placed. Please contact us at info@whogonsayit.com.

What forms of payment do you accept? All major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are excepted through our secure payment processing system. We transmit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
